While you can simulate a mouse click with VO Shift Space, sometimes it just doesn’t work as the app is looking for an actual mouse click. Other times you may need to use a modifier key like option or control when clicking the mouse to bring up a specific menu. Flo Mouse allows blind and visually impaired Mac Users to be able to issue an actual mouse click from the keyboard, including with modifier keys. Below is a walk through of setting up and using FloMouse. If the above link doesn’t work to download FloMouse, you can visit the FloTools Download page to find the latest version. FlowNumPad can also be found on that page.
