This is useful, if you say, have a demo recorded with out a click track and you want to import it into Logic Pro and have Logic follow the file’s tempo. Also once you have the file’s tempo figured out, you can have it follow the tempo you set in Logic. This is an alternative technique to what’s covered in this tutorial, but probably a bit quicker of a method to get to the end goal.
