If you are a blind or visually impaired guitarist who would like a stand alone app for tuning your guitar, check out Chromatic Tuner. This stand alone MacOS app is accessible and uses system voice to announce tuning.
Personally this has become my go-to and is what I am using when not in Logic Pro and using a virtual instrument as a hands free pitch reference to tune my guitar.
