If you have ever had a plug in not show up in the list of available plug ins after installing it, or a plug in no longer showing up after using it for a while, you may need to reset and rescan plug ins. You can reset and rescan all your plug ins, or just the one problematic plug in, and this tutorial walks through how to do it using VoiceOver, the screen reader for the visually impaired built into MacOS.
